Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, including large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), from project charter and planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Direct cloud migration programs, coordinating multi-workstream plans to move on-premises workloads to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud while managing dependencies, technical risks, and executive stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee digital commerce initiatives, partnering with e-commerce, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver omni-channel retail technology enhancements on time and within budget.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while applying appropriate rollout governance for enterprise-wide programs.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, software engineers, QA analysts, and third-party vendors, aligning everyone against a single integrated project roadmap and release plan.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and procurement to ensure cost-effective delivery of $1M+ technology initiatives and accurate financial forecasting.
• Track and report project progress to senior executives using PMO standards, including status reporting, RAID logs, schedule and scope change management, and benefits-realization tracking.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience leading technology initiatives in a retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce environment.
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
• Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Proven track record delivering ERP implementation projects across finance, supply chain, or commerce modules for enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cloud migration programs on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure consolidation and application modernization.
• Deep working knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and traditional (waterfall) project management, with hands-on proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams of 10 or more technical professionals.

Required Certifications

Candidates must hold both of the following certifications before the start date. PMP and CSM credentials are mandatory for this role, reflecting the need for strong traditional project governance and Agile delivery capability.

• PMP — Project Management Professional — required for enterprise program governance, budgeting, risk management, and schedule control.
• CSM — Certified ScrumMaster — required for coaching teams through sprint-based delivery, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification or experience leading Agile release trains and program increments across multiple product teams.
• Experience with retail digital commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps pipelines, release management, and automated deployment practices.
• An MBA or advanced degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, ideally paired with ITIL or TOGAF exposure.
